I'm starting tonight! I can already tell you it won't be a 30 day consecutive thing, rather a workout for the days i'm not seeing my actual trainer (so really it'll be t/thurs/fri/sat workouts). I'll let ya know the progress! I'm all for work outs I can do in my apartment, that last only 22 mintues!
I'll post some better updates tonight on the past few weekends!
